Haven't set it up yet but the chat person was awesome!
Going to the link to complete the process shortly. She was very patient and was quick about explaining the purpose and process of the app. I am hopeful that it will be all that I hope it will be.

Prakash solved my batch duplicating issue, and my badges not being available in no time, i was about to give up and delete the app but he solved my issue thanks man.
