I installed and set it up today. The app seems great: lots of features, clean design... and it's free! There was one small issue during setup but Marcus was very fast and helpful in resolving it.
The app works perfectly, but what impressed me was Jasmine's support, very fast and attentive, thank you very much, I'm loving it!!!

I have had a lot of problems with the countdown timer and the badges, luckly enough the support was able to help me out a lot. Thanks to Prakash i was able to fix the issues, he helped me a ton.
