Amazing app. Makes your store look more professional and trustworthy. Love the different options that it offers and Juliana was super helpful while assisting me with importing trust badges to my store. I highly recommend this app if you haven't already tried it. 10/10 customer service.

actually I was blocked when I wanted to add some trust badges and I was struggling who to do that but in the end I just give, I contacted the customer service, and less than one min my Hero Liz show up, I explained to her my problem and she were more than happy to assist me, in would like to thank you, you are the best Customer service ever

I am still evaluating and learning about the apps. But without question the support that i had to make some adjustments was perfect. I could understand more and learn about other app from Avada and i will change all my staff for this company.

Recently added Avada to help me with my sales and popups! Had a bit of trouble trying to get the popups on my page but with the help of Hallyfe with customer service and it didnt take long for us to figure out the problem was me! LOL

Hallyfe and Jasmine were most helpful in solving my problem. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to help!! They showed me how to use the app so I could learn to customize my website on my own. I just love this app ; it is like a one solution to all the problems . Now i don't need different apps for different tasks this is enough for all. And most importantly its free which is a great thing for a beginner like me. and special thanks to the Esther ( customer support). she helped me a lot and solved each issue quickly.

Using the countdown timer portion of the app. Seems straightforward and easy to use. Contacted support about different timers on different products but then figured it out as they replied which was pretty quick. Support was helpful in making sure I had it right.

Needed it for a custom timer on specific product, does the job perfectly.
Moreover you got features to edit CSS and super fast support who helps you to tweak few settings in order to match your shop style.
