Just a great app that's offered for FREE is just amazing. Had a very minor issue and the app automatically popped open the chat window with the auto generated message explaining the issue. Esther responded within 10 seconds and took about a minute to resolve the issue. AWESOME!

Everything went well thanks to Abby's efficient help, I can honestly say that it was the best support I've ever dealt with, everything went smoothly, quickly, I got links to guides and suggestions for Abby to configure it for me, I used it and I barely had time to write back and Abby via remote access did everything I needed, amazing! ;P
