Had an absolute fantastic support from customer service (especially Audrey, Tony, and Esther). The team was totally amazing at helping several questions and issues that I encountered with the app. The team provided very thorough explanations with screenshots to better visualize the steps, and very prompt with assisting with my requests. A very nice and professional interaction overall. I can’t recommend enough the team for their diligent customer service, and very happy with the app and their features. Kevin was very. helpful. and responsiveness when a glitch occurred that I needed assistance with. The app has also been great to use so. far. and has. assisted with conversions.
The customer service Tiana is very good, a very conscientious plug-in, the online customer responds quickly and the help is in place and is very patient. I found this plug-in by accident. It provides a free service, and it has complete functions, and there are tutorials at the same time, which is extremely conscientious. It would be nice if the language could be set.
I am new in this, and need a lot of help, and Avada tech support is very prompt and professional and i worked with Wendy who is super nice & patient. they fix every problem on the spot which makes my work easier.
definitely recommend their service. the app has multiple features that can increase your conversion rate.

My theme wasn't compatible with the app but customer support was extremely helpful with adding it by code manually for me. I appreciate Nim for spending the time to help add these trust badges to my website!
Do not use the FBT! It will disable your checkout button when customers skip offer. Our business has suffer losses because of this app. As for the support is good at making you wait, then tell you technical team will revert another time!

Great app, with plenty of good features, and the support of Ricky and Brian is awesome (super swift and ready to help modifying the theme to make everything work as the customer wishes). I can't find another similar app which is better. So good, keep it up!
