I liked the application I think its working fine

Decent and customer service is asap and fast, Audrey assisted me well with fast solutions, they have lots of options and features

I use this app (the free version) to create my trust badges for my Shopify store. There are a lot of other features that I hope to explore in the future. I gave it 4 stars because the various "chat" buttons that are used to talk to the support team were not functioning. When I did find someone to talk to (Prakash), they were great and helped me out quickly. Very little wait time

All in all this app is a great addition to my website. However, I had some issues with it that were promptly fixed by your wonder support team. Ester from Avada was a great help, if you have any issues at all dont forget to reach out to the support team, they fixed my issue in minutes!

Anthea was really nice and helped me a lot with solving my problems and setting up the app. She was patient and supportive throughout the process. I'm grateful for her assistance and would definitely recommend her to others who need help with similar tasks.

Only just started using the Trust Badges portion of the app but it seems good so far. Minus 1 star not because there's anything wrong with it but because I haven't yet been able to try all the features. Trust badges is pretty simple to use, when I had a question at 11pm EST, Emily was there within minutes to help me solve my problem. Love the customer support! Looking forward to trying the rest of the features of the app!

Unfortunately i needed to contact support as the trust badges and sticky add to cart were not working on our site

I had trouble updating my theme with the Avada app, but Sunny from Avada helped fix this issue. So now, the app works properly for my store. Thank you for being so helpful!
