Excellent. Customer service is so great at helping with my questions, concerns, or helping to implement things for me. They are usually on chat with me in a few minutes. I LOVE THAT! I highly recommend this app

its good! can tracked both purchase and cart out notice. Customer service respond is very fast too! Able to provide me with information to help in boosting the sales!
The app has helped increase sales. It is ease to use and customizeable. If needed, the support team is very helpful. Hana was on top of it. :)

I've had this app for a while and whenever I have a question, the team is so helpful. Have dealt with Marcus most recently and he was amazing. Earlier on Rainy who also exceeded my expectation of service. I rate Avada big time.

Love this app, it was really easy to set up and has helped my conversions tremendously. The support is terrific as well. I recently had an issue I couldn't resolve on my own and was able to chat with Hana online and resolve the issue in just a couple of minutes.
