It is a good app for me，and the service from Marcus is so nice，I think the AVA will help me to get a successful business online.
Esther was great! She quickly resolved the minor issue of simply the apps code not being placed correctly on the right line in theme editor. Now the app works great and I also use this app for my other website. Not that many apps out there that you can apply a countdown timer in the middle of the page.
Avada is really a very good app for Shopify store with lot of unique features to upsell your sales. I was stuck at a point but Jasmine and Tony from the Avada team helped me to resolve it. Great customer support. Thank you Jasmine for your help and kind gesture :)
I'm realy happy with the features of the app its realy easy to use and very informative. it covers alot of area in e Commerce for free thats a big thank you from me .

The AVADA suite of tools is a very comprehensive set and will replace some of the other apps I have been using in one integrated app. Impressive features and very helpful support. Jasmine and Roger helped me with trust badge placement when I couldn't get it quite right on my own. They were very responsive and fast to provide a working solution. Fennic was very helpful in a recent change I was trying to make in the app.
It is very easy to use and Customer Support is really fast. I have setup trust badges and it really looks good.
