I used this app to help me do a lot. I really like how it has all features in one. Drake has been of great help and insanely quick to respond. Great team!
Whenever I make any changes with my theme. This app stops functioning. And I think they need to resolve this. But their customer support is exceptional. I have used many app for my different stores. No of those apps have such a fast response. I told my issue to one of their representative "Hana" and my issue got resolved within minutes.
I recently install this app and I must say I was initially impressed with its functionality. The support team was quick to resolve any issues I had, but I became increasingly frustrated with the pressure from the support team to leave a review. I felt uncomfortable with the constant reminders to write a review and found it unprofessional. Unfortunately, this has now gotten even worse as they are now asking me to rewrite my review. This level of pushiness and disrespect is unacceptable, and as a result, I have lowered my rating to 2 stars.

App has lots of features that are really useful and make your website look 10x better. Customer support Is also amazing. recommend to anyone looking for an app that will increase conversion rate. Also Liz really helped me and made the process of installing the widgets lot easier.
