I had a very hard time understanding how to integrate the countdown timer with shopify. When I got in touch, I got help within 5 minutes. The whole case took less than an hour. I am very grateful that Abby was able to help me on such short notice. I'm thankful.

I used this app because I needed a countdown but at the beginning the date was not being saved even after I refreshed and also it wasn't showing up in my website but then I contacted support and Marcus fixed the problem for me. Good customer service.

It's a very easy-to-use app. If you have a function that you can't set up, you can find a staff member. The staff member can help you solve the problem, which is very timely and handled very well. The staff I contacted was Liz, her work attitude was very serious and responsible. Thanks a lot for helping me solve the problem.
