AVADA is a very helpful and easy to use program. However it does require some work initially for proper setup. The good thing is that they have support staff, people like Emily, who are always available on chat and they will not only walk you through but also help you achieve your goals. Emily, one of their support staff on Chat has been very helpful to us in setting things up. She has good knowledge and always ready to help. Thank you very much Emily.
The support Esther is the best. She quickly understand my request and resolv in litteraly 1 min less.

Had a few issues activating a pop up. Contacted support and it was sorted out straight away. On the whole works very well :). Great customer service from Hana. Would recommend.

About this software, I think it solved a lot of my problems, it contains a lot of content at the same time, and it is free, especially thanks to Emily's careful guidance, which allows me to use this application all the time
Im the new one on this app and i just dont know how the features work and Hana from support was extremely helpful. She explained me all the features one by one.

Hanna did amazing work in getting back quickly and updating the theme on our Oswin Hyde store. The timer functionality is exactly what we were looking for.
