The customer support from Liz (while an easy solution) was very rapid and she is also very polite. I am very excited to explore all of this apps features, however, have only used the trust badges so far (which look amazing btw, they are fully customisable!). DEFINITELY GET THIS APP.

Avada has excellent Customer support and the app itself is very user friendly. However I had an issue trying to install the live chat plugin but Sunny helped me out in the best way possible. I granted her access to my themes and edit code and she had helped me install the app and position the icon in the spot that I wanted it. I would highly reccommend this app just because of the excellent support. Thank you Sunny you're the best!
