Also had a small issue with my announcement bar and my support representative Kyle fixed the bug within minutes! Very satisfied with the app itself and their support speed and reliability. Absolute game changer for boosting your average order value.

I'm yet to fully explore everything the app has to offer, but I've played around a bit with the Free Shipping Bar. Had some styling issues but Tiana and the tech team were super helpful and managed to tailor it to my needs. Looking forward to getting stuck into the rest of the features the app has to offer!

Do not use the FBT! It will disable your checkout button when customers skip offer. Our business has suffer losses because of this app. As for the support is good at making you wait, then tell you technical team will revert another time!

Their Sales Pop is not synchronizing now. It was good before the update

When I first installed it, I activated it and set it up, but it was not reflected on my site properly, but I was able to ask a question via Chat, and even though it was a Sunday, they responded to the chat immediately and informed me that they were checking my site and that they would check my site to make sure it worked without problems within a day or two.
