I really recommend this app, it’s such a good thing to use in your store especially if you are new to this. You can create trust by having trust badges in your product page so that your visitor or customers know that it’s 100% money back guarantee and they can get refund if needed. Avada works great for countdowns, which was the reason why I've implemented on my store. Any customization the support can provide quick assistance as well.

Customer support is fantastic. Esther was on-point with helping me out with restoring counter losing it after switching over from Craft to Dawn theme to test performance changes. Using the countdown timer portion of the app. Seems straightforward and easy to use. Contacted support about different timers on different products but then figured it out as they replied which was pretty quick. Support was helpful in making sure I had it right.

Great in providing customer service. Thank you Liz for responding quickly regarding my query and helping me connect to your tech team. In my case, I was hoping they can add an exception in adding the widgets in product pages or collections on the website but it's not possible for now. The app is easy to navigate and can be customized according to your brand so I can't wait to explore more about it.
