We love this app and the support from Hana on adjusting the settings was stellar. I am not good with tech but I figured this out and Hana made it super easy for me to adjust the time in which our ads appeared.
When I get stuck while making transactions in the Avada application, the support team is always there for me. I am especially pleased to do business with Tiana and Hana. They helped me a lot. I think I will continue to use this app for them.
Very satisfied with the quick and easy installation and also had only positive interactions with their support team. They are right to the point and always have a fix on hand
Do not use the FBT! It will disable your checkout button when customers skip offer. Our business has suffer losses because of this app. As for the support is good at making you wait, then tell you technical team will revert another time!
