Its a great costumer service. i had problem with my announcement bar and sticky cart and it looked impossible to me to fix it. I have spoken to Jasmine at Avada's costumer Support. They have fixed the issue within few seconds. Thank you AVADA i am quite happy using this app.

The app itself is great. Functionality wise, it does its job perfectly. However, what blew my mind wasn't the app and its free features, but it was the customer support. Esther was extremely fast and professional, helped me through all my issues and was kind. I highly recommend.

it is easy to install. I had trouble removing the branding and Juliana was very helpful. If it wasn't for her i would of been stuck and not know what to do
