We love this app and the support from Hana on adjusting the settings was stellar. I am not good with tech but I figured this out and Hana made it super easy for me to adjust the time in which our ads appeared.
I was having a problem in order to upload the images for custom badge and I suddenly reached out to Tracy, she is so much kind and lovely person. She quickly understand my problem and solve it and direct me until I got final solution. thanks for your quick & nice support team. the best one
Very satisfied with the quick and easy installation and also had only positive interactions with their support team. They are right to the point and always have a fix on hand
When I get stuck while making transactions in the Avada application, the support team is always there for me. I am especially pleased to do business with Tiana and Hana. They helped me a lot. I think I will continue to use this app for them.
Do not use the FBT! It will disable your checkout button when customers skip offer. Our business has suffer losses because of this app. As for the support is good at making you wait, then tell you technical team will revert another time!

The Avada Trust Badges & Upsell app is easy to work with and provides the necessary trust badges. Additionally, the app's upsell offers are great and handy and easy to manage. Audrey from the Avada Team was very helpful and efficient in assisting me with the app.
Had a problem with the lay out of the trust badges, I contacted the customer service and they were really quick to answer and solved the problem! Definitely recommend!
