There are so many apps that don't offer chat support ven with their paid subscriptions, and then there are apps like Avada who are actively working to get your issues resolved in real time and that too for free. And the app does what it says. Perfect.

App looks good and is easy to use although we haven't spent a lot of time with it yet. We had a small issue and it was dealt with incredibly quickly by Emily via chat, who was fantastic. I got an immediate response and the issue was resolved in seconds. Very impressive. I also had another issue of my own making recently, Hana sorted it in seconds via chat on a Sunday afternoon too, fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Great app and very responsive support. I needed help to make my product photos fit the Sales Pop image area for one of the app's features but it was coming out cropped. I messaged them with the issue and they resolved it within hours for me. very happy with the service thus far
