I use this App for the Cookie privacy banner, and it is easy for use. Customer service (I had a great experience with Jasmine!) is quick, thorough, kind. They have other great apps as well.

The App works very well, totally free, and easy to use. For any information the support responds promptly and resolves any uncertainty. The pop up is customizable in every part, colors shapes etc. adaptable to any type of store.
