It's a great and versatile app. I am using it for quite some time now and today I thought that there was an issue with ithttps://apps.shopify.com/cdn/shopifycloud/shopify_app_store/assets/eco/icons/eco-modal-close-e7a6ef633153121611ef398a50df71b752619c3a3bb5299eca5a7d071c82a6a9.svg. So I contacted customer support, got a response from Christian within a few minutes and found out that the error was on my side.

Very easy to do the initial set up for the app (I did that myself a few weeks ago) and just now Tiana from Avada's chat support expertly took over to make sure the Google Consent Mode V2 integration and testing with my eshop went smoothly! If all other support experts on this app are as helpful and knowledgeable as Tiana then I'll be thrilled :)
I did follow the instructions to setup GCMv2 on my website but I could not verify if I did it successfully. I contacted the support chat and got connected very quickly to Penelope and technician Maison that managed to verify very quickly that the integration was done properly. Wanted to implement Google Consent Mode V2, was super easy to do with the app. Still wanted to check everything works fine, and Hana helped me check everything had been implemented successfully in a matter of minutes!
Highly recommend the app! easy to figure out how and where to get everything done, Lydia was a great help from customer service making the task a breeze
Hands down best cookie app ever! Their support is incredible. Not only do they answer in a matter of minutes (seriously) but also they're extremely skilled. With other apps you might experience the support team being inexperienced, waiting long hours to get answers from their developers but here, they go ahead and execute the necessary actions to fix the issues immediately. No wonder their rating is 5 Stars. 10/10.

I had an issue with the cookie banner occuring again and again even when clicking on "Accept" or "Deny". Luckily, I got help from Prakash regarding my issue. His reply was very fast. The issue has been forwarded to the technical team. Now, I just have to wait until the issue is really fixed. Thanks to Prakash for the nice communication. Thumbs up!

Had a really great, fast and fluent experience with the support team. I appreciate the help even though it was a small issue. I was having an issue with making the cookies bar actually pop up on the website. Although it was a very simple fix, stupid even. Support stuck by my side making sure I had everything set up correctly and working properly. Thanks again!
