Without the close support and immense patience of KIPUKA, there is no way I would have been able to download and connect the app to our website.
Normalement je pourrais en mettre 5 étoiles, vu la disponibilité et la réactivité de Riley. mais pour le moment je découvre juste l'application, et j'ai une bonne impression. une fois que je l'aurais complètement intégré, si je suis toujours autant satisfait comme aujourd'hui, ce sera un 5 étoile assuré.
Support helps quickly and well, answers all questions quickly.
Unfortunately, it is necessary to go to the “Pro” plan as a minimum, otherwise you will not be compliant.
I think that's a pity, you don't need all the features that are not mandatory, but there are two that are hidden in the Pro plan.
We had some issues and bumps with the app but Emily from customer service did a great job sorting us out.
Great app and awesome customer service
So far it looks working well and easy on mobile phones screens.
On desktop the banner is a bit wrong and it looks strange

Used this app for the privacy and cookie banner on our new website. Works very easy and gives amazing results. The AVADA team was also very helpful.

I just downloaded the app, it's very intuitive and thanks to the support it's very easy to use. I personally was helped in all my requests by Esther and Gideon. I left 4 stars instead of 5 because unfortunately there is no Italian version of the app, despite this however it is still possible to have the banners in Italian thanks to the translation function.
Great service.
The instructions could be a bit more clear, but we figured it out.
