Easy to setup, well documented and if you have any issues, their support/compliance team are great! I dealt with Kevin, who made sure we were fully GDPR compliant :)
1.) tech support is great even at the free tier, my chat guy Brian took me right through the steps and made sure that I was in the right places and in compliance .
2.) App is pretty easy to set up adn even easier considering they automaticly put you in touch with tech support at the beginning to make sure you do it right !
In all very satisfied so far, now we get to see how it works

Seems like a good app, but I wasn't able to get through the onboarding process. The customer support could be a lot better. They are really the ones who made me uninstall this app. They take really long to respond and I just don't really feel like they care to help; they just send links and when I ask for more details or what exactly to do it takes ages. I just got fed up and noticed that they offer fewer services for the price, so I decided to switch.
