We've just got started using Avada Email Marketing & SMS but so far it has been pretty amazing! It immediately suggests what you should do upon opening the app and one of the first things we needed was a pop up for our site.

They offer some great templates for popups but even if you choose one of the templates, it is highly customizable. You can make it match your store and add custom CSS if you need to.

Next up is creating workflows to welcome new customers and for abandoned shopping carts. That is customizable too, and they have great templates you can create for your transaction emails in shopify.

This app offers a lot of features and I mean a lot of really good ones. You can't go wrong by installing this app and using it for your email and marketing needs. The support has been fantastic, "Hana" has been ready and available to help me with any questions or problems I run into. I look forward to using all this app has to offer! And I definitely look forward to help from Hana should I need it.

The customer service is great so far, I still have yet to start any campaigns but starting out all is good!

good app for email campaigns, easy installation and functions are valuable for us. Esther is very supportive and gives quick response to our questions.

This is an app that you think does the job, but in the background it ruins your theme.
The app made my theme not work as it should, although I contacted the support and they "tried" to help me, they blame it on my theme, when it turned out that the error is their codes that blocked several functions in my store.

Got on to chat and spoke to Jasmine within a few seconds, who was very helpful and sorted out my problem within a few seconds. Amazing, very good so far and great app so far. Thank you Jasmine xxx
