I had a few problems with the setup, but Lydia was very quick to response. Lydia have been very helpful and resolved all the issues I encountered.
Hallyfe from Avada helped me instantly when i couldnt figure things out and was very nice and quick through the whole process.
I had a great experience using app The support team at Avada was exemplary. I am really grateful to Daisy for providing the correct coding in place on the website. The result was fantastic and I am very pleased with the care and patience taken to I solve any known problems - highly recommended!

Currently I'm using this app for my email marketing, and I must say, it offers you a great variety of automation work flows. they have a variety of features which we can use it for free and also it's user friendly. The customer service is great as they reply instantly and help you with your queries. Jasmine from customer support has helped me a lot. I have just started using this app so far i'm satisfied with it.

Estou há menos de 1 mês utilizando a ferramenta e posso dizer que a experiência tem sido positiva. Recentemente tive um problema de configuração do formulário mais Dayse me surpreendeu bastante com seu suporte e resolveu tudo em menos de 1 hora. Atualização: Enfrento muitos problemas de atualização ainda. Não consigo utilizar a ferramenta da melhor maneira. Agora mesmo tento salvar a campanha e a página carrega e volta para a antiga configuração. Estou prestes a desistir do app, embora o layout e toda a parte intuitiva do app sejam excelentes. Pena que não está funcionando bem.

It seems like a good app I'm new to it so i gotta try it out first to see how the app works but the help you get from their staff it's actually great and fast I got help from Esther she was fast answering my questions right away and clear..Thank you Esther...
i think the app is amazing, so easy to understand, full plug & play !!! and the customer support is really friendly and helpfull.
