I had to use customer support, and Jasmine's assistance was very good; she quickly resolved my issue. The program works quite well and is easy and intuitive. So far, we're quite pleased with it.

Hana was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I was having and also checking that my settings were right. She was very prompt and continued to keep me up to date with the progress so I never felt under the dark.
