We use AVADA for welcome email automation. It's an awsome app for email automation. I like that you can set up 1 automation for free to try it out or if you just need 1 you can stay free.

Hana assisted me with an issue I was having. She was great and stayed with me until the issue was resolved. The response was very fast. So far, I'm very happy.

The app is not as intuitive to work with as I'd like, but the customer service makes up for it and they're able to walk me through what I'm missing!

When I encountered a challenging difficulty, I reached out to their team, and their customer service representative, Hana, was very enthusiastic and promptly resolved my problem. I believe I will continue using AVADA
