Had numerous issues with this app and would not recommend anyone to use it. Save your money and the hassle. Your email will not send properly, your sms's will link other websites that youre not familiar with or simply not work at all and so many other issues. Beware!

Rainy here from AVADA. I deeply apologize for your experience. After checking the issue you reported, I see that we already resolved them.

There is one thing left is the SMS segment which you changed after going live the campaign. So basically it would not implement the change because all logs are created - this is the normal logic. However, we are happy to refund the SMS amount that you do not use.

App has been great so far and customer service is very helpful. I recently installed it to give me more options with creating email content.

Its a little difficult to get the hang of since the workflows have a lot of terminology that can be confusing, but the support was very helpful. I worked with Esther in the chat and she was able to fix some issues I had and help with with work arounds. All in all I think there are some improvements that can be made, but the value is there and the price is right so I like this app so far!

I just started using the app and was a little overwhelmed at first but I cant believe how helpful Julie on the live chat was! She walked me through everything and I felt so confident with her knowledge and trusting my store with her. EXCELLENT customer service!

Until now I used ActiveCampaign, but when you have a webshop I think AVA is the best way forward because of all the automatic integration with Shopify. Also it's much easier to copy elements in campaigns, so it's faster to set up. And on top of that the support is amazing and really fast. For example Jasmin just helped me really great and instant. I can highly recommmend.

Not sure how they received 5 stars. This app has given me so many problems over the last few months. Ive tried to be patient but when emails don't send out when you schedule them or even select "send now", coupon codes generate by themselves and send out randomly, the segments are never accurate and we cant rely on them, this has caused a bit of frustration for many of my clients. I like the convenience of the automations and segments but its not worth the frustration. :(. Customer service is ok but they are not available during USA hours. I hope no one else experiences the glitches I have had with this app and the customer service seems to be available off and on at different times and they respond when they want.

As a newbie to eCom - I choose it this ap because of the reviews about customer service. Sure enough after only 1 day in I've needed to touch base with them twice, and both times they were quick to respond. Def would recommend for newbies. Just getting the help so quickly makes all the difference.
