I downloaded this app for the abandoned cart function as well as getting started with email marketing. From the moment I added it, I've been receiving email marketing from AVADA, which I have pressed unsubscribe on repeatedly. After unsubscribing 4 times, I am still receiving their emails, which breaches national privacy laws. My experience with this software is terrible. Not to mention the terrible english throughout their platform, how can I expect them to carry out my email marketing respectfully if they aren't even treating me respectfully? I do not recommend, pick any other service. I'm also fairly certain that their reviews are fake, because I am shocked that every other customer is experiencing 5 star service, that's simply not true.

Customer service is great! Hana has been wonderful. Im still working to create my automations and forms, so Im not sure how they will perform, but so far things are going well. Im hoping that I can be with Avada for the long haul. Thank you for all of your help!
LOVED that this app is free to use and that it's pretty comprehensive. We're using it mainly for the pop-up feature and it's really quick and easy to set up. I had a problem with my site at 11:00pm and there seems to be 24/7 support, which is an absolute lifesaver. I was communicating with Jasmine for over 45 minutes and she answered each and every single one of my questions with kindness and efficiency. Would definitely recommend this app!
