Great product and customer support team! Usually online and super helpful. My latest interaction was with Hana, she was friendly, responsive, and quickly helped me resolve the issue I was having. I'd recommend Avada for anyone looking for a solid email marketing solution.

I have been using this app for the past one week now . Best thing for me is that it has a very detailed and easy to understand workflow that gives great control , beautiful ready made forms and automations to choose from . Since I installed it , my subscriptions have risen quite a bit but most important is their customer support .. very patient and thorough . They really try to understand the issue and resolve it for you .. and the plans rates are quite reasonable compared to other apps . So far it has been great going and hopefully i can continue.

Quick, cool and very useful! Got small problems with UI, but Jasmine give me quick answer and help me! This one app is great, easy to manage all.

Quick and helpful response from an amazing customer service, especially Hana!
They don't 'hard-sell' their upgrade plans but really helps users to get to know the app. Great experience.

Been great so far. Just exploring at the moment and setting up my automations. Still have things to set up and probably will have questions.
