Had an issue with custom code and my sign up pop up. Hana was great and was able to fix my issue very quickly!

I would give this app a good rating for their customer service! I am using this app to automate welcome email and newsletter subscription pop-up (available for free). Not sure how is the performance & what happens once I reach my contacts limit for the free plan yet but so far so good. I've had some problems creating the email and the agent on live chat (Jasmine) is super helpful!

This app is very useful, so many features in one app. I had issue with abandoned cart recovery email and Esther help me out, quick response, friendly nature and helpful. Thank you team for great app. I love it.

I have had a great experience with Avada so far. Rainy was ever so helpful with things I couldn't work out due to not being tech-savy.
