I really love this app, like the automation system in this is very advance and easy to use. The support team is excellent, especially LIZ, she answered my all questions and help me to build my automation system. Highly Recommended app.
Is there an option for 10 stars??? The support team reply to you day and night and go out of their way to solve any problem you ever have! the features of the actual app vs the price they offer is second to none and can easily compete with the larger email providers who have been out there for years. I got avada email on 2 stores. I just love them!

The app is really good. Support is great. I was connected with a very good support agent named Prakash. He solved my problem in a few minutes, really happy with the service!
I had a small issue that was not a problem for AVADA. "Hana" helped me and made me feel very welcome, thank you.
This app is super easy to use and helps me create awesome email marketing campaigns. Also very responsive customer service. The free plan is pretty basic and many templates / features are only included in the Pro plan... but still a great app.

Great app, very quick customer service. Hana was fast and helpful with resolving some workflow issues. Overall, this is a cheaper alternative to Klaviyo for a tiny business like me. Love it and highly recommend!
