This is the for all in one features. No other apps provide realtime abandon cart features. However it does. Also I would suggest to provide exporting/download the data with date range filters which will make it even more effecient and user friendly.

this app is amazing. Great customer service and UI design. I had some issues and Jasmine helped me out promptly. Very patient and welcoming.

This is very good in its work and I must say that their support is very quick and helpful, I was facing issues in activating push-notification but Jasmine from Avada helped me to activate it, she does within 1 to 2 minutes. Thank you

I got to talk to Hana who solved my issue within minutes from pressing the “Contact Support” button. It was a nice and helpful experience.

The app is good for customizing the newsletters but the servers they use are very bad, always getting blocked by the browser or antivirus. Had clients telling me too. My antivirus always finds their redirect server which they probably use for tracking the conversions as malware . Customer service is not great either. Shame I will be moving to a competitor.
