I'm not very good at app management. Liz, from avada team, helped me a lot. He answered hundreds of my questions instantly, took action immediately, and helped me get rid of all the work that was weighing on me within 5 minutes. Thank you very much Liz.

I downloaded this app for the abandoned cart function as well as getting started with email marketing. From the moment I added it, I've been receiving email marketing from AVADA, which I have pressed unsubscribe on repeatedly. Customer service is great! Hana has been wonderful. Im still working to create my automations and forms, so Im not sure how they will perform, but so far things are going well. Im hoping that I can be with Avada for the long haul. Thank you for all of your help!

LOVED that this app is free to use and that it's pretty comprehensive. We're using it mainly for the pop-up feature and it's really quick and easy to set up. I have built 5 shopify sites over the last year and the online chat with this app is the BEST customer service i have ever had (you can imagine i have tried alot of apps) I asked the most silly questions when i couldnt even find a button or where things were and they stayed on the chat for over an hour and talked me through each page!
