Avada is such a nice application. I also love how active and loyal the support is. Shout out to Hana(a customer support) for being there when things got convoluted for me.

I am so grateful for your customer service chat, Hana has been beyond helpful to me and my website. I could not ask for a more helpful or patient CSR. Keep up the great hiring with amazing people like Hana.

For people like me who have no clue what we are doing but know we need these apps, the app is amazing and the available help is top notch.
I have gone through many apps and horrible customer service. This one is by far my favorite!

I am still at the stage on the onboarding, but I can say that everything is very straight forward and intuitive. For any questions that may arise, the support is always there and is super quick via chat option. Cudos to Hana and Damian for helping me out and answering all of my questions!
