App works great, customer service is really fast and well made. My favorite feature of this app is how I can send a email to every customer from my Shopify store. Really useful!

I migrated here from Klavijo.
Not knowing the app I have to lose some time in it to get a good understanding of how it works, but with the various instructions it all works out.

100% on their service, I had some issue on the position of the pop up button and had to trouble the staff to change the position for me several times. I'm currently not a paying customer and yet they service is still superb. Thanks for the help, I definitely look forward to signing up their services in future.
