The Avada support team promptly responds to my inquiries and provides solutions. The product is currently in the trial phase.
It's my first time using this app and I can tell that it's not that easy as I expected, but the team (Lydia) is very helpful and all my issues have been solved!
App can get really slow sometimes but all the features I need are there and for free! The support has been great and they have assisted me in a timely manner every time I have needed them, Shout out to Lydia! She was a big help getting started on the app.

They were able to resolve an issue that arose pretty quickly and the app generally works pretty well.
Nós gostamos da plataforma, o atendimento é muito rápido e sempre estão prontos para ajudar, geralmente a Esther quem nos atende. Nossas considerações é em relação as funcionalidades, que faltam algumas opções e integração com outros app, e o uso de whatsapp com o número próprio, pois usando essa ferramenta o custo no Brasil é de $ 0,11 (cents), ficando inviável com a nossa moeda. No mais, acredito que como toda ferramenta, é possível melhorar. Sugiro urgentemente ter a a mesma traduzida nativamente para outras línguas, como o português do Brasil, dessa forma facilitaria o seu uso.
Wir haben uns für diese App entschieden, da sie wirklich einfach einzustellen ist. Sie bietet viele vordefinierte Automatisierungen und vordefinierte Blocks. Von dem Support sind wir positiv überrascht. Eine Antwort bekommt man in nur wenigen Sekunden/Minuten und muss nicht erst tage warten. Sie nehmen sich den Problemen an und versuchen immer eine Lösung zu finden. Zwei kleine Mankos gibt es allerdings: teilweise werden die hochgeladenen Bilder anders formatiert und die mobile Ansicht stimmt nicht ganz. Besser einmal die E-Mail probeweise vom smartphone öffnen.
