Great app. Worth the investment. Avada Email Marketing & SMS is a powerful marketing platform that allows businesses to easily create, manage and send email campaigns. With its easy-to-use interface, users can quickly create campaigns, customize their look and feel, and track the performance of their emails. Additionally, Avada’s SMS marketing feature allows businesses to send text messages to their customers, and to track the performance of their campaigns. Overall, Avada Email Marketing & SMS is an effective marketing tool for businesses of all sizes.
Just getting started with the platform. So far, it seems user-friendly and Esther quickly responded and help with any questions I had.
J'utilise cette application pour des relances mails, les relance sms sont payantes (1€ par sms) bien trop cher à ce niveau du coup.
So far so good. The customer service is 10 out of 10. I think I need more time with it to give it a proper review.
Amazing support service (Hana was really nice and helpful, 5-star service), but the web is a little messy. Also, there are great templates to use for your emails.

I downloaded this app for their automated workflows which helps with easily planning the CRM journey for my customers. Easy enough to use though not the most intuitive, but I have gotten strong support from the team who is very helpful and open to hear suggestions on how it can be improved. Appreciate all the help from the team :) Will continue to use this app and test out the other functions.

It's fine. You can get help form the support anytime you need (as Jasmine helped me) but it has happened a few times that I needed help, because something didn't work
support was fast and amazing (thanks emiliy)
the app is super responsive and you can edit every thing! from workflows to copywriting.
4 stars becuase of sms plan is really expansive
Esther has helped me so much with setting up my email marketing and welcome pop up. There was an issue with my welcome pop up working with my website theme, but she was able to get the issue resolved quickly.
