No long waiting times for help, but quick and good assistance directly (within 1 minute) via chat. The features of this app look great! I still have to set everything up and do everything, but because of the help I have already received, I am sure that this will turn out well!

First email marketing app I've used as a small business, and it has been great so far. There have been a few hiccups here and there, and i feel like the app has room to grow, but overall good for starters.

They're the best! Customer support is real and handles things quickly, they'll diagnose & solve your problems faster than a kid can make a scoop of ice cream disappear AND are friendly while doing it.
