Received good and fast help from Tiana.
No long waiting times for help, but quick and good assistance directly (within 1 minute) via chat. The features of this app look great! I still have to set everything up and do everything, but because of the help I have already received, I am sure that this will turn out well!

I use almost all Avada apps because of their good service, so definitely recommended!

An easy to use and low-cost app with great customer service. Today I was helped by Tracy with an email campaign that wouldn't send. She took care of me and solved my issue in no time. I strongly recommend this app

First email marketing app I've used as a small business, and it has been great so far. There have been a few hiccups here and there, and i feel like the app has room to grow, but overall good for starters.

Absolutely love the customer service. They are REALLY quick with their replies and get straight to helping you with any issues. Shoutout to Esther for being so patient and taking the initiatives to help me to change certain settings on her end (really appreciate it! <3).

They're the best! Customer support is real and handles things quickly, they'll diagnose & solve your problems faster than a kid can make a scoop of ice cream disappear AND are friendly while doing it. I would rather have my Avada customer service reps as President than any candidate currently running. Liz & Daisy for President 2024

Awesome experience! We're using this to send our newsletter and it's working amazingly. No spam folder, easy to use and data driven.
