Geweldige app! Zeker in combinatie met de gratis Air Reviews app. Abby van de klantenservice is geduldig en erg behulpzaam.

I would have to say I'm pretty satisfied, app is simple yet easy to use. To update or change the e-mails was simple easy, and not time consuming. Hana was extremely helpful, and solved my issue withing minutes.

This is a great app for marketing via email or other channels and they have a very nice and helpful support in case of problems/questions!

This is my second store, and I did not hesitate a second in using Avada for my email marketing needs.
The support is fantastic:
- Chat option
-Always available
-No long wait time
-Get a transcript of the conversation sent automatically, so I can refer to it for later use
- Support team is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient (*they just solve, or fix my issues right there and then, and it's always been very quick!)
*Today I dealt with Esther & she was "The Bomb"!

The reasons why I like Avada:
- Clean & sophisticated look
- The free plan has wayyyyyyy more than what new businesses need ( number of contacts, emails, types of forms to collect emails...
- I can do it all on my phone
- The email templates come with template text, so I just have to tweak it and enable!

I like it simple, clean, and easy to implement.
