This app's customer service is fantastic, Hana helped me with all my questions and she was very nice. The app is also good and i will recommend it to anyone that needs email marketing and SMS app.

I've been using this for a few weeks on the trial and the features and UI are really good - everything you need in an email app! Also, customer service was more than helpful, the person who helped me went above and beyond for me even though I wasn't a paying customer.

Excellent way to treat a client :D, Fast & Quick. I asked a problem and in 5min i got an answer so excellent.

So far so good, hopefully it does everything we need. We do have to say they have an awesome support team. Had an issue with the installation and Hana quickly helped us out.

I asked for help on a Sunday. Lucy was there immediately. She was able to offer me a solution that I could implement. An adjustment had to be made by a technician, to whom she immediately assigned my problem (popup too big on the page). I am completely satisfied.

Liz has been amazing and resolved my issue swiftly and with no issue, thank them a lot. my time with the customer support has ben perfect and way better than other competitors

really good app. Lots of function for free. It is probably the only one which is easy to use and perfectly works with shopify sign up forms and customer tags from shopify.

Great app so far! Smooth email marketing experience, very customizable, and customer service is great! I had one issue and Hana helped me resolve it in literally under 2 minutes. Definitely recommend.

I used this app to help me create email marketing for subscribers. So far my experience has been great. I've gotten stuck a few times, but help was right there the entire time!
