Avada Email Marketing & SMS

I had several questions on pricing and features in regards to using this App. Their are so many to choose from & I was able to reach customer service right away. I spoke with Lydia & she was extremely knowledgeable on the features & pricing plans. She answered all of my questions quickly & was extremally polite. I am excited to start using this App knowing that I have great support right there if I need it!

I just started using the app and possibly too early to rate but within my first hour of using the app I think I will continue on this app. I am finding it very useful and the biggest thing for me has been the live chat. Liz from live chat came to my rescue while I was trying to enable first campaign and she was super helpful and guided me through steps. I have not come across such levels of service with any other app and Liz .....you were great and I wish everyone else can offer support like you did.

I have used it for all my stores, it is very useful. Very professional for me to analyze my customers. Candace is very nice stuff and helps me a lot.

The people are so helpful I had Jasmine and Daisy help me with a number of issues. They were so helpful and patient in walking me through it and going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable navigating this app. They need a raise ASAP.

Great app with quick & friendly support, Esther was just awesome in helping us understand better how to navigate the app and benefit from it more!

New to Avada and i couldn't do some of the Workflow. And all thanks to Liz for helping out with all the things i needed to know. Amazing support.

The automations ( abandoned carts especially) are very useful; helped me recover a lot of revenue lost on the table. Must mention: Rainy from their support team was very helpful, guided me through the setup and queries. I highly recommend this app!

Un' app veramente fantastica anche nella sua versione gratuita. La utilizzo da un paio di mesi e mi sono trovata benissimo. Ho utilizzato il forms per la newsletter con il buono sconto , l'automazione che invia la email personalizzata ai clienti dopo essersi iscritti e le varie email. Ottima anche l'assistenza che è disponiblie h24 e un grazie speciale a Jasmine che ha risolto un mio problema in pochi minuti.

A truly fantastic app even in its free version. I've been using it for a couple of months and I've had a great time. I used the forms for the newsletter with the discount coupon, the automation that sends the personalized email to customers after they sign up and the various emails. The assistance is also excellent and is available 24 hours a day and a special thanks to Jasmine who solved my problem in just a few minutes.
Thanks also to Audrey and William who helped me today with another little problem. Always excellent service.
