Avada Email Marketing & SMS

I used this app to help me create forums for popups via email, SMS and also on my online store. I'm not familiar with this, but Hana was very helpful by walking me through every step, guiding me, and ensuring I'm giving the best for my customers and my store.

I've had this app for about 4 months since my store opening did not look at the benefits it offered been busy doing extra hard work for no reason. Finally, jump on it and started my research inquiries about the how-to and its perks. My luck got connected with a great support rep who went beyond to ensure things worked smoothly for me. Shout out to Rainy one of the best no matter my silly question she had an answer and always hit me with a smiley face. Super happy now and all because of that customer rep interaction.

I am using the free version of Avada to create and send my email campaigns. I am very satisfied with it so far. They offer great customer service and really back you up when you need it. Thinking of getting the pro version!!
