I am so happy and pleased with my new popup. I am very new to all of this. I got stuck and needed help. I pressed the Chat and got Jasmine! She was so sweet and helpful, even going beyond to change something for me that I could not find myself. She is wonderful. I am so happy!

Moreover the support team is the best one you'll ever find. Can't praise the Avada team enough. Even for free plan users they'll help you customize things as per your site and requirements. The developers will curate according to your needs and that too for free, couldn't ask for anything more.

Aisha is AMAZING! She is kind and personable! She knows her stuff! When it came to any question I had she answered me and reminded me she was there during the process! She needs a promotion!!

There are some nice features in this app. I'm trying the pro plan features at the moment. Making changes and customizing your automations is very easy. App crashes sometimes, so saving your changes on a regular basis is recommended. People from the helpdesk are kind en provide some good help.

This app has really helped streamline some needed email marketing processes. I ran into one small issue and Jasmine from support was able to help me fix it in less than 5 minutes. Great app.

Jasmine help me to export an information that we needed with an excellent servicie. It would be better if we can export the information direct from the forms or SMS, etc

The AVADA App for email marketing is great.
However if you decide to go for the complete SEO Suit you will really benefit from the this wonderful system. One very beneficial aspect of this email marketing App is their extreemly helpful support. They are always available to provide help through chat. You should feel lucky if you get a lady named Liz on the chat. She knows what she is doing and goes out of way to provide all the support needed for your success in integrating it properly with Google. I am sure the other members of support are also equally competent and good, but our experience has only been with Liz and boy are we delighted to get the support we needed!
