This app's customer service is fantastic, Hana helped me with all my questions and she was very nice. The app is also good and i will recommend it to anyone that needs email marketing and SMS app.

I've been using this for a few weeks on the trial and the features and UI are really good - everything you need in an email app! Also, customer service was more than helpful, the person who helped me went above and beyond for me even though I wasn't a paying customer.

Excellent way to treat a client :D, Fast & Quick. I asked a problem and in 5min i got an answer so excellent.

I have never ever experienced such a detailed to precision Service, Esther is so dedicated she makes sure issue is resolved and otherwise involves the developers to fix it - Besides all the amazing stuff Avada is Unique and i wish all the best to continue and grow. Without Avada i cannot imagine a future for my online business.

So far so good, hopefully it does everything we need. We do have to say they have an awesome support team. Had an issue with the installation and Hana quickly helped us out.

I asked for help on a Sunday. Lucy was there immediately. She was able to offer me a solution that I could implement. An adjustment had to be made by a technician, to whom she immediately assigned my problem (popup too big on the page). I am completely satisfied.
