App is great. Really made the setting up of email campaigns a lot less complex. The customer service is EXCELLENT! I had a few challenges linking campaigns and pop ups to my store and everybody helped so much, even when agents switched over it was still seamless and resolved very quickly

Tiana was really helpful. I had been unable to successfully send automated emails, but with Tiana's assistance, my issue has been resolved. I think their service is excellent, and Tiana provided me with a lot of help. I highly recommend using this app.

Liz has been helping through my setup and it has been amazing. It is a fairly straight forward process but questions do come up. Liz had all the answers, right away. You can send your URL so the support team knows exactly what's going on. I wish other web companies had support like this.
