I tried to build a workflow and it is very easy to set up. The customer support is amazing. Abby from customer support helped me with all my queries.

I needed assist with a popup and scheduling forms. The representative Abby was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the steps needed to assist me. She also attached links for me to later view. Awesome Job Abby!!!

I am totally in love with the amazing features and easy to use interface. The email builder allows you so much flexibility and you are able to create such creative and professional emails. You will never find better support anywhere else! They are literally on call 24/7 and make sure all your queries are seen to. I will honestly never change my email provider....ever! Thanks guys.

Avada Email Marketing and SMS is a must have for your Shopify online store. This is a wonderful app. It was hard to set up the template email, and I spend more hours doing that but had no success.
