I've had a couple questions on using this as the app is new to me. Support has been wonderful! Sunny was fast, efficient, and helped resolve my issue within 5 minutes. I am super happy so far, and I am glad that support is 24/7. I work odd hours and it's nice to know someone will be there when I need them
The perfect email app. I have worked with several platform but I really think this one is the best! Customer service is very good and super fast communication. I have been helped very quickly and very well by Emily, she has answered my questions well and quickly allowing me to move on quickly as well. In short top app
I would highly recommand this App as it is easy to set up and straight forward. It automatically identifies options you might miss out in order to help improve your shop as much as possible. In case of difficulties or problems or simply questions, the outstanding support (in my case Hana) did an absolute great job! Thank you for the great service!

I unfortunately had a serious problem, as fake subscribers from Shopify suddenly invaded my account in Avada. But the team helped me out and the issue is now fixed to my great satisfaction. A special thank you to Liz from Avada service team
Just used the "free" Avada to try, just a bite and switch op. While I tried to edit the marketing email, I get the following: "You have used a Pro-only component: Product Grid"...and then try to upsell to PRO.

After the first hype it was very difficult to setup the newsletter. I could not even send a test to all my subscribers. Support is slow, or dosn't know what to do.
Test failed -> App failed
