The app works well, but I hope they will update the editing process and the design. It feels a little bit outdated. However the customer service is perfect. Esther helped to solve my problem in just a few seconds.
Its a little difficult to get the hang of since the workflows have a lot of terminology that can be confusing, but the support was very helpful. I worked with Esther in the chat and she was able to fix some issues I had and help with with work arounds. All in all I think there are some improvements that can be made, but the value is there and the price is right so I like this app so far!
The app works good and the support staff is great. Abby helped me set up everything the way we wanted.
The support from Esther was excellent, haven't had a chance to use the app yet but so far the support has been pretty good.

So far so good. The customer service is 10 out of 10. I think I need more time with it to give it a proper review.
Die Sendung der Newsletter würde zuerst blockiert. Ich müsste dann den Support kontaktieren und Liz hat mir sehr gut geholfen das Problem zu lösen.

The live chat is really helpful. Emily was assisting me and she was really helpful. She helped me navigate through the app seamlessly.
Je ne suis pas encore familère avec la plateforme, mais elle me semble bien, par contre il serait pertinent de traduire le site en Français, bien que je parle anglais, j'ai quelques fois du mal à me repérer.
