Great app and such a good support. Emily answer all my questions. The user experience is great and the app works perfect.
Support always seems to be available, was able to even work with Hana over a holiday weekend on a Sunday. She was a great help.
Spoke with Juliana - quick responses with clear instructions of how to set up the correct configurations.

Outstanding service, i was having issues understanding a few things but Hana helped me figure it all out within minutes. Always nice to know that what ever issue you have when working with a new app that you'll have someone to help you work it all out.

I enjoyed using this app because of the templates. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to chat with someone right away for help. Esther did not hesitate to help me. She answered all of my needs in a quick manner.
Charles & Tony on the live support was great. she did some coding in the backend to to created a specific campaign for me when i couldn't figure it out. super helpful. i refreshed & poof several campaigns were created for me

Seems very good as I just installed it. You start a Trial period right away but you can downgrade to FREE version in the app settings before trial expire.
Some features in the free version might be messy (i.e.: abandoned checkout emails can generate discount coupon in Shopify but can be limited in case the same customer abandon cart more than once)
Support from Avada in chat is incredibly fast, efficient, friendly and polite, really help on setting up and understand the app better. Looking forward for further development. An integration with the Joy loyalty program would be great.
