I struggled to get a campaign email done. Hana was amazing in assisting to find the root cause, acting as a steam less integration between me and the technical team. As a new user of Avada, it elevated my experience of the system to a next level and I would strongly recommend it to any of my colleagues.
All Avada apps are really easy to use, usefull and the support always answer quickly ! i thinks about Abby who already solve my problems and give me advice !

Hi, this is my first day using Avada. But the customer service has been great so far. Agent Jasmine helped me and walked me through a portion of the onboarding process I had questions about. Lydia is the best. She's smart, very fast and accurate. I had a hard time catching up.
10/10 so far, easy communication if you get stuck trying to sort anything. Hana helped set lots of things up when needed! And seems to be working well so far.
